fantastic hotel stay

comfortable pillows size towels bathroom amenities

the pillows were very comfortable. i found good size towels in the bathroom and i liked this detail. the shower was indeed fantastic and i liked the bathroom amenities. i really liked the room.

i noticed an issue related to parking, there was no communication about where to park the car. i drove around the block several times looking for the entrance.

The breakfast was excellent, with varied options available each morning. Staff members were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is central, giving easy access to many attractions.

I noticed a slightly musty odor originating from the toilet . While not overpowering when the bathroom door was closed, this issue needs addressing.

the high ceilings. the room service menu had great options, and my meal arrived quickly. the shower pressure was strong, a welcome feature after a long day (the water got hot almost instantly!).

the coffee machine in my room was a bit complicated to use.

Check-in was a mess because it took forever and no one offered any help with my luggage, i had to carry it up stairs to get to the reception area, it just wasn't a good first impression and felt very unorganized, i also found out the bar was closed for two days of my stay and the hot tub was closed during one visit. It was inconvenient and limited my options for relaxing at the hotel
